Tune-Up Package Options
For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Due to Turin's commitment to a speedy turnaround on repairs, appointments over the phone will NOT be made at this time. This is because our mechanics will assess your bike on the spot, in-person.
Walk-ins with your bicycle are always encouraged. Our team of Top-Tier bike mechanics will be able to assist and supply you with a reliable estimate of how much and when, in order to get you back out on the path, road, or wherever you feel at home in the saddle as fast as is possible.
Drop-Off Appointments
If we deem your bike safe and rideable based on our assessment, we offer you the option to take your bike with you and drop it off later*, a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
*As of 7/23/2023 we are requiring a 25$ nonrefundable labor deposit on all appointments scheduled for later drop-off. If you need to reschedule, you can call us a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment to reschedule without losing your deposit. The deposit is credited towards the total work order cost at time of payment.

Full removal of cranks, derailleurs, calipers. Detailed cleaning in enzyme cleaner and re-installation with new cables + housing.
Complete Overhaul

Includes Deluxe Tune-Up, plus:
Bicycle is disassembled down to the frame, all parts cleaned and relubed, and bike is rebuilt. We recommend replacing cables and housing.
Pro Build
$180 - $300
We build your bike from the frame up using provided parts or parts purchased from us. Price varies based on complexity of internal routing and other factors - call us or stop by for a quote!
Bike Fitting
Price Varies
We are able to provide a very basic fit using Fit Kit systems tools. This will give you a good idea of what size bike will generally fit you. For in-depth, bike-specific fits we recommend our good friend and total professional Anne Barnes at ABBikefit
Overnight Turnaround
$250
If you have a tight deadline and need your bike tuned ahead of schedule, we offer an overnight turnaround option. This is an additional charge of $250 on top of the tune up labor + parts costs.
